Legacy Home lot owners will have shared on-site caretaker, chef, barber, beautcian, masseuse, house cleaners, lawn maintenance, and physical therapists.

One of the things we intentionally designed with each of our Legacy Homes is to build a “guest suite”. You can rent it for income. You can allow a family member to live there. Your caretaker can live there! Also there is a pad for full hook-up of a motorcoach.
