Our resort is an exclusive community that inspires unity and being an estate lot owner allows you to establish a legacy. It is an elite resort of only 30 estate lots and a plethora of amenities. The community accommodates:
- Part-time Legacy Camping enclave: Rental lots used primarily to accommodate guests of Legacy Suite and Legacy home estate lot owners.
- Full-time Legacy Suites enclave: Livable and rentable small homes with motorcoach pads and full hook-ups for personal use or to be used to generate income through our rental program, or to share
- with friends (those familiar and those who want to be introduced to the lifestyle)
- with their generation and next generation family (Your Own Family Legacy Suite)
- Full-time Legacy Home enclave: Private residence which has motorcoach pads and full hook-ups, along with a guest suite! Yes! Your private residence has a totally separate suite to use for a family member, guest, rental unit, or my personal favorite (for aging and/or physically challenged lovelies) -a caretaker’s unit!
